Iceland Midnight Sun- July 2024
Nestled between the North Atlantic and the Arctic Ocean lies a land of enchantment and wonder: Iceland. Known for its otherworldly landscapes, geothermal marvels, and captivating culture, this Nordic island nation has captured the hearts of travelers from around the globe. Regardless of the time of year, Iceland holds an undeniable allure that beckons adventurers seeking to immerse themselves in its unique natural beauty. As you step foot in this mystical land, it's hard not to be immediately captivated by the sprawling volcanic landscapes and the dramatic contrasts of fire and ice. Iceland boasts a remarkable array of geological wonders, from stunning waterfalls like the majestic Skogafoss, to the awe-inspiring glacial lagoon of Jokulsarlon. Iceland has been a favorite retreat location that we keep going to over and over!

Iceland is one of the most expensive countries in the world, so we worked really hard to make this trip enjoyable AND affordable. The full price of this trip is $3,200. This is all inclusive with the exception of flights. Watch for sales on full price tickets- many times we will offer a discount if you pay in full.
We also have a half pay option, which is $1,600. To pay the other half, come back to this retreat post prior to 90 days before the retreat. Full payment must be made 90 days prior to travel.
The third payment option is to pay a $500 deposit to hold your spot. The remainder of the deposit is another option on the drop down menu. To pay the balance you must come back to this retreat post prior to 90 days before the retreat. Full payment is due 90 days before the retreat.

Cost includes ALL accommodations, meals, transportation, classes, guides, and excursions. All rooms are shared occupancy. You will be responsible for securing and paying for your own flights.

Due to the activities, we recommend that you be able to tolerate physical activities such as moderate hiking. Please review all activities on the itinerary. Please note that if you would like to skip an activity, that is ok! Just let us know.
Day One: Fly into the Keflavik International Airport. We will do a group pickup at 3pm, as most flights arrive in the morning or afternoon. There will be time to take a relax, get to know one another, etc. You can participate in an optional photography lesson to prepare for capturing the beauty of this country.
*If you fly in later in the day, that is OK. Just let us know the time and we will come and get you!
Day Two: After a good breakfast, we will spend the morning and afternoon at the Blue Lagoon. We will then drive to our new home base for the duration of the trip. Evening wellness class.
Day Three: We will start off the day with an epic trip to Thingvellir National Park. There we will sightsee and snorkel the Silfra Fissure (where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates meet). Don’t worry, dry suits are included. Afterward we’ll eat lunch and explore the geothermal geysers, waterfalls, and more.
Day Four: This next day calls for an early wake up and drive to Joklusarlon Glacier Lagoon. Don’t worry we will stop along the way at Reynisfjara Beach (the black sand beach) to stretch our legs and have snacks. There we will kayak among the massive glaciers. After our tour we will go to Diamond Beach before returning home.
Day Five: We will spend the morning relaxing at home, with yoga and purposeful journaling. The afternoon is all about waterfalls and wild hot springs. We will experience some of the best this country has to offer.
Day Six: We’ll head into Reykavik and check out all the cute little shops downtown and explore the city attractions. We will head home for lunch. Then we will spend the rest of the day at the new Sky Lagoon where you will experience the 7 step Icelandic spa ritual and ultimate relaxation before departing the next day.
Day Seven: We will depart from our guesthouse to the Keflavik airport at a time TBD depending on everyone’s flights.
*If your flight home is later in the day or you are extending your stay we will still provide transportation to the airport. We are not responsible for any activities beyond drop off at the airport.
